1 pound imitation crab meat, flaked or chopped (or real crab meat if preferred)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

If using imitation crab meat, flake or chop it into bite-sized pieces. If using real crab meat, ensure it is picked over for any shells.

Make the Dressing:
